I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tbilisi. First of all, the value for money was unbeatable - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a stunning view from the balcony of the TV tower. And let's not forget about the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from each day.
Everything was great, I couldn't ask for more.

This would be regarded as a budget hotel and good value for money. The location is fairly convenient with a 10-minute walk to Rustaveli Ave and small shops on the way down. Computer facilities available.
The administrator was not always available for questions about booking. Communication with staff might be difficult sometimes for monoglot English speakers and knowledge of Russian would be necessary.

The location is great, with Freedom Square just a mile away and easily accessible, and there are good dining options nearby, like Europroduct which is only a 5-minute walk from here.

The nearby restaurant, Dom Kofe Janashia, was as close as 600 feet from the hotel. Suitable place for a city break in Tbilisi

Personnel is very friendly; clean and spacious double bed room for this solo traveller; breakfast was extensive and more than enough; walking to the Georgian State Museum takes 30 minutes. For a four day city trip (3 nights) you certainly have value for money !
The inside of the hotel is a little bit darkish and the name Palace is an overstatement.
